At Maffia Academy, we take pride in offering high-quality basketball camps with a strong focus on preparation and organization. to ensure the best experience for all athletes, the following refund policy applies:

All camp payments become non-refundable 7 days (1 week) before the first day of camp.

This helps us plan staffing, facilities, and equipment based on confirmed participants.

No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the camp start date. However, if you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another athlete.

Thank you for understanding and supporting our mission to grow the game and give every player the tools to help them succeed!

At Maffia Academy, the health and safety of all participants is of the utmost importance. Nonetheless, I acknowledge and understand that athletic activities inherently involve a degree of risk, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or, in rare cases, death. By voluntarily enrolling in and participating in this program, I fully assume all such risks on behalf of myself and/or my child. I further agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Maffia Academy, its officers, directors, employees, coaches, volunteers, and any affiliated entities or individuals from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise as a result of participation in this program. This includes any claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the organization or its representatives. I knowingly and willingly waive the right to pursue any legal action against Maffia Academy or its affiliates in connection with any such incidents.
